Regular Servicio de un Hotel 5 estrellas.

La imposibilidad de poder contar con canales de TV de peliculas en idioma Ingles. Un hotel 5 estrellas deberia proveer ese tipo de servicio a huespedes internacionales. Intente en mas de 6 ocasiones que se habilitara una suscripcion para contar con canales en ingles y fue imposible por incapacidad del Hotel o de sus empleados.

All good except one thing which I mentioned above .
September 09-09-23 we checked in the hotel we come from Vaishno Devi yatra so we asked for early check in they allowed us and arranged the room I really appreciate that ,staff was really friendly We had two rooms -627,629 Next day early Morning we checked out early because we had a flight and we booked a hotel cab While we were just moving in the car after few minutes the front desk team called us and told that from the room-627 one of the canned box of roasted nuts outer seal was open and as per my family who were staying in that room didn’t even touched the nuts and they refused to believe and made us pay RS-220 which I ended up paying because it’s not about the money. If we wanted to eat nuts we would have eaten up the whole thing .it’s just an whole embarrassing moment because we are a regular customer and this is the first time that we faced such an issue . Hopefully you guys will look into the matter and will make sure this will not happen to anyone . Thank you! Sarswati das
